How do i get rid of a pimple on my chest?

i have a big pimple on my chest and it seems to be very deep. i%26#039;ve had it for months and it just wont disapear i tried poping it but its so deep how can i get rid of it? help please it looks like a third nipple : (|||cut it open with a rusty scalpel. 60% of the time it works every time
