i have a few on the left side of my head and there was a few hairs in it which i pulled out and the white puss stuff like in the pimples came out. Gross!!! i have never seen anone with this! any idea?|||It is normal to get this so dont be too worried! maybe try to clean your scalp and drink water. there just oil thats trapped in you scalp, just like in peoples faces.|||i have had them 4 all my life and have always wondered wat they were. :-/|||Small sebacious cysts - no worry unless the pus was foul smelling.
Quite common and medically meaningless.|||ew, sounds gross. but dont get too worried. Some times pimples on the sides of your face are caused by the oil from your hair. Try not to keep your hair right in your face, brush it back or sumthing. If it continues, see a dermatologist|||They are pimples... You can get them anywhere and it is normal. Your scalp has tons of sebaceous glands ( oil glands ) and they very easily can get clogged at the scalp level especially if you use product in your hair...
