If you popped a pimple would it bleed first?

If the white stuff didn%26#039;t come out and if it was on the lip what would be the best thing to do for it? How do you know if it is a pimple or some thing else? If it was something else what might it be? Does anyone have a good picture of a pimple on the lips? Or where might one go to find a picture like this?|||If it had a white head it was most likely a pimple, however pimples will often not %26quot;pop%26quot;. Squeezing it could irritate it and give you more swelling. Not what you%26#039;re going for I think! ;)





Simple over the counter medications, or even a warm compress can help draw it out. Most doctors don%26#039;t recommend popping pimples as it can lead to an infection.

I hope that clears up for you!|||It was not a pimple, it was a non healing sore on the lip that had to be cut off, it was not malignant. Every thing is fine now, every thing on a kids face might not just be a pimple if it does not go away or you can not pop it go to a doctors. Report Abuse
|||it could bleed first if it isnt ready to be popped. if the white stuff does not come out also means that it is not ready to be popped. if it is something else it could be a cold sore or a blister or herpes. i don%26#039;t have a picture of it but i know it would look like any-other pimple you got on your face. sorry i don%26#039;t usually take pictures of pimples.|||well... if the white stuff did not come out then it can not bleed, and that means that the white stuff is still in there if you cant get it out with your finger than you should take a sterlize needle and poke it in there and pop it the faster you pop it the faster the pimple will go down but REMEMBER to take every dirt or the white stuff out. But you never know that might be a cold sore. If that doesnt help then i have nothing to tell you. I get little baby ingrown hairs around my lip after i%26#039;ve gotten it waxed. Also, it could just not have been ready to pop, i do get no white stuff and blood sometimes too.





To tell if it%26#039;s an ingrown hair - once you think you%26#039;ve %26#039;popped%26#039; it - see if there is a little hair in the hole where the blood came out from and if there is, you can pull it out with a pair of tweezers, the redness and puffiness should go away just about instantaneously.
