How can i get rid of a red bump (not a pimple yet) over night?

i have a huge red bump on my chin and its not a whitehead or anything yet. but everytime i touch it, or move my mouth in a way that involves my chin, it hurts. what can i use to get rid of it real quick, like overnight? (i wont be able to go and buy anything) ........and in general? what do i use to get rid of pimples? (like products or other stuff).... thanks!|||It sounds like a clogged oil gland. I Went to the doctor and got a pill medication, and a tube of medication called Clindoxyl. And it worked like a charm. If you get them often, I highly recommend going to your doctor, my skin is crystal clear now!|||put baby oil on it and it should be gone... it works! TRY|||Put a pinch of salt on it and rub it in for about 5 minutes. It will sting at first but the sting goes away after a 2-3 hour period. This will raise it to a white head. Once this happens puncture the white head with a needle. Insert a turkey baster into the puncture and rinse it using a mixture of 8 parts alcohol 1 part water, 1 part banana cream pie. Finally put a dab of peanut butter on it overnight. Then let a cat lick the peanut putter off in the morning. Rinse it off with a mixture of chocolate instant pudding, ketchup, and toad snot.
