My 5-year old son developed small pimple-like spots on the crease of his nose a few weeks ago. What is it?

They came and then got better but were still somewhat visible. We tried Cedaphil, washing his face more often, etc., but nothing is making them go away. I just have no idea what they could be!|||lady take your kid to a doctor|||I had something like that when i was in kindergarden i kept scratching myself because i was nervous and i got a rash from it with litttle purple dots so go to the docter theres a special name for a skin docter but i cant think of it at the moment.
