Is it a pimple on my nose or something else?

a few months ago i had this tiny bump that looked like a pimple on my nose, so i decided to squeeze it, it began to bleed and in a few days it got bigger, so i squeezed it again and its now three times its size. it is now healed and look like a huge pimple, but it doesn%26#039;t hurt.does anyone know what it is? what can i do to get it off?|||go to a doctor!!! that sounds serious
