I have had the same pimple on my nose for over a week?

Is it supposed to be there that long? I just want to pop it, but its still not ready to be popped although its huge. What can I do to make it go down quickly?|||toothpaste. i swear, put it on after you take a shower before you go to bed, then in the morning the toothpaste will have dried up the pimple. it may take a few nights to do this, but it works. develop a skin care routine and stick with it.
