I have a big performance coming up and cover up doesn%26#039;t work for me. I need to get rid of a pimple real fast. I popped it and it scarred and I peeled the scar off. What medicine should I put on?|||there are acne medicines with sulfur in them that work really fast. it wont make ur pimple completely go away overnight, but it will make it a lot less noticeable so u can use cover up.
but if u dont have any of that and cant get it, i would just try tooth paste.
