Could i have a pimple on my breast near my nipple?

I have a bump right next to my nipple on my left breast. When i push on it white stuff comes out and always smells really bad! Someone please tell what this and if i need to worry about it?.....|||The %26quot;smells really bad%26quot; part makes me want to think it could be a cyst. This things are not serious, but they do house bacteria. I would get it check by a doctor. The doctor can give you some medicine that is effective on it.
