Do you sometimes know when a pimple is growing on your face?

I know when a pimple is growing on my face because I can feel it tingle on my face|||Yes, sometimes i can tell...sometimes it tingles, sometimes it itches. Acne treatment is good for this and i have also found topical antibiotic to help...like neosporin. Best wishes!|||Yeah I can tell. Sometimes my pimples hurt really bad when they are coming in, so either I apply toothpaste, clean and Clear cream, clean and clear astrigent.|||Yes, put salic acid astringent (clean and clear) on it, at first sign to start drying it up. Always works for me.
