It has been bleeding for about two hours or so. I put gauze on it and taped it. Is that okay? I%26#039;m scheduled to see a doctor on Monday but I%26#039;m worried it won%26#039;t stop bleeding.
What should I do?|||Tissue paper (Kleenex or toilet paper) can be used to help clot it. Men have used it for years to stop shaving cuts that bleed. It does work. The best thing to do is to put the tissue on it, compress, and not worry. It%26#039;ll be alright soon.|||Keep the gauze on the wound (stop taking it off to see). Every time you pull it off you pull off the platelets with it.|||Hold some pressure on it.
