How to reduce redness around pimple?

I had this pimple which i put toothpaste on, and the pimple is pretty much gone, but the skin around it is all red and dry. how do i correct this before tomorrow afternoon??|||There are a bunch of different answers to this question. My uncle ( who is a dermatologist ) said the following things could work:

* Mix honey and lemon and apply to area

* use cool water

* apply eye drops to area ( not to sure if this one works)

*or my way, use toothpaste to dry out area over night and then the nest morning use a pore unclogging scrub to completely eliminate it (Biore). Good Luck (try one at a time)|||you can always use the easy way out stuff - make-up, use that for the time being, but i%26#039;ll in-flame it even more.

Try using a acne cream that hides the redness|||did you use crest toothpaste? It is the best one, and helps the redness. an aloe Vera plant also helps. If you are a woman, a concealer before your make-up is applied will help also. A moisturizer, one that is not oily, to help the dryness, and face sunless tanning lotion helps even out color on your skin---every time! use a good one though, you don%26#039;t want a orange look to your skin. If you ever need an Rx for acne, the best is clyndomyacin pledlets applied with a pad (come with) on face, neck and back, prevents and heals! cheaper than retna (sp) cream, and works great (need an Rx for it though). For breakouts (acne or dermatitis). Good luck. Tash|||You could go to any boots or chemist and but tea tree antiseptic oil it should dry out all impurities ans reduce redness, there is a cream on the market called freederm and i have found that this is one of the best spot creams it relieves the redness and gets rid of the spot without a trace, even savlon the antisetic works it also works in the same way as tea tree oil almost as effective|||Make-up, if you need it cleared up by tomorrow. Zit concealer is your best bet.
