Blind pimple not hurting anymore but still there?

I got a blind pimple a few days ago it was red and hurt alot. I decided not to touch it and let it heal itself. Yesterday I squeezed it a little and some white clear fluid came out but I tried to squeeze again gently and nothing came out. Today it now doesnt hurt anymore atall even if I push on it but I noticed its become sort of hard. It is however still raised and red. What is happening to it and will it go away if I continue to leave it and how long will it take?|||Its a pimple geeze. Put some white (not clear) toothpaste on it at night to dry it up.
