Pimple like lumps on the back of my shoulders?

They usually go away after a while but I always get a few more in slightly different places but always at the back of my shoulders. Why do they keep coming up? I%26#039;m ashamed to take of my shirt and I really want to get rid of them. Any tips on how to do so?





Thanks.|||I have no way of knowing if you have what I had but I also had the hard bumps. Mine was my body%26#039;s allergic reaction to too much processed sugars. Once I became aware of that I stopped consuming processed sugars and the bumps went away.|||If it is a rash, the source below may help.|||I%26#039;m not really sure what you%26#039;re describing, considering there are so many different pimple-like skin problems. Personally I would go see a doctor, preferably a dermatologist. In the mean time you can try using an acne fighting body wash and see if that works. There%26#039;s a good one by Neutrogena that I%26#039;ve used and it work for my skin issues.|||Get a back scrubber clean ur back really good then moisterise with alvera should do the trick|||it may be a common virus called molluscum contagiosm its related to chicken pox its contagious if this is what it is it cant be simply cured you just have to not touch it. it fades away after 6 months just dont scratch it (thats how it spreads) see a dermatologist
