on the bottom of my lips, theres a pimple looking (its white, u know when its ready to pop?) ,..... i didnt pop it cuz im not sure if its a cold sore or what... but somehow it poped itself n now its kinda yellow n theres blood ...is it infected or what?is it a cold sore or just a pimple that needs to be pop?|||A Cold Sore. Im sorry but they usually last for a week. Use Abreva everyday five times a day and avoid touching it. I had one a few weeks ago and it was gone in nine days.|||It could be a pimple. Usually cold sores are painful or %26quot;sore%26quot;. I%26#039;ve got one next to my lip today, and it%26#039;s a pimple because I%26#039;ve tested negative for HPV 1 %26amp;2. But it%26#039;s so embarrassing because it%26#039;s right next to the upper lip and who is going to think that it%26#039;s a pimple.

Applying medecine such as Abreva to very sensitive skin such as lips could make matters worse. I am a sufferer or fever blisters/cold sores. I would give it a couple of days and see if it scabs over. If it doesn%26#039;t I would seek medical attention to make sure exactly what it is.|||Do what Kimberly says and also, avoid sour stuff. It%26#039;ll just make it worse|||i dont know cuz i had da same thing and i squished it hard and i found out it was a white head and it came out and da next day i didnt see a lil thing of da thing on my lip but i dont think u should pop it
