How to get rid of a pimple on my groin?

I%26#039;ve had a small pimple on my penis for a several months, but recently it became much larger (about 3-4 millimeters in diameter) and has puss in it.





What product should I use to get rid of this gross thing? I%26#039;m kind of embarrassed to go to my physician with it ( the fact that she%26#039;s attractive makes it more weird) and it%26#039;s kind of too small a deal for that - with my last visit there were big insurance problems.

(as generally your penis isn%26#039;t exactly oily) I%26#039;d get it checked, especially if its been there for months and has become pussy.
