What should i do about pimple like things in my vagina area?

i shave this part, i changed feminine wash lately, i put powder around that area and i noticed that i ahve at least 4 small pimple like growth in 4 different spots - 1 near the clit, 1 on the right labia majora and 2 near the anus. i am not sexually overactive and i have only one partner. is this a serious condition or will these pimple like things go away naturally?|||It%26#039;s probably irritant from the shaving or it could be irritation from chafing of clothing, etc. They should go away on their own.
